Bathroom installation in North London, N10

The property was very outdated and we converted it into a modern home. The whole project (involving also kitchen renovation and painting decorating throughout) took around 6 weeks to complete.

The bathroom is very small, but the space is well used (all side wall used for positioning the washing machine, and wash basin. Worktops are very good for utilizing space - there is always enough room for some storage as well. Perhaps some nice contrasting tile inserts would have added a little bit of charm - but still this bathroom looks quite spacious and contemporary.

The toilet room had a little roof and when we came, we saw all walls and ceiling wet from damp. Ceiling was almost rotten. The cause of this was the constant leak from neighbours upstairs toilet overflow pipe. And it was leaking like that for many years - outside there was moss growing everywhere. It's hard to imagine how you could live with a toilet like this, when it's so easy to solve a problem - all we did was half an hour job: we connected that overflow pipe to the waste pipes.
