The customer - rapidly expanding company, specializing in IT solutions, internet marketing. Recently they acquired new office premises just next doors and the plan was to join these two premises, to create more work places.
Our main tasks in the old office were: removal of the old kitchen and making good afterwards - disconnecting power supply, capping off water supply and waste pipes; removal of glass partition that was dividing rest area from the main office, making good afterwards; removal of the carpeted raised floor panels and replacement with new; opening up the blocked doorway to the newly acquired premises.
In the new office part we carried out: construction of fireproof partition - splitting the premises in two (other part was acquired by another company); constructing the top partition - later there would be installed a glass partition all the way across, with sliding glass doors; removal of old kitchen and installation of a new kitchen; construction of a storage space; reducing the size of the meeting room - glass partitions, door were reused.
Before the new premises were empty - one open space. The main difficulty there was rubbish disposal - almost four tonnes were removed, while trying to minimize the disruption to the normal office work. Below are the pictures of how the premises looked before.
